One-on-one (45 minutes) coaching session to discuss 1 subject. We will discuss the focus area during the discovery call.
02.Deep-Dive Coaching (Virtual)
One-on-One (3-4 hours) coaching session that is tailored/designed to your specific concerns discussed during the discovery call.
My Vision For You
I want you to know that you are more than what you've been through.
You are more than the roles you've carried, the responsibilities you've had, and the expectations others have placed on you. There is a woman underneath all of that who still has dreams, desires, purpose, and a life she wants to live.
At The Life Lounge, I want to help you reconnect with that woman.
